Stay of 3 nights minimum (7 nights in high season). Prices depend on the season and the number of tenants, decreasing from 3 weeks. Sheets and towels provided. Final cleaning 40 € (Hansi 60 €). Laundry room with washing machine and dryer available. Bicycle storage room.
House rules
Arrival after 2:00 p.m. - Departure before 10:00 a.m. Pets not allowed. Events not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation.
Cancellation policy
100% refund if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival. 50% refund if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival. No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before arrival.
Damage and incidental costs
You may be held responsible for any damage caused to the vacation rental during your stay.
